When my family started looking for a place to call our own in Chico, our good friends introduced us to their neighbor Dustin. A few times we had a limited window to put in competitive offers, and Dustin was relentless in ensuring we were the most competitive buyers at all times for all the houses we were considering. Make no mistake: you may not see the typical aggressiveness that comes with the job, but catch Dustin on the phone with another agent and you will see why he is so damn good. It’s not even about customer satisfaction — that is way too superficial of a term for how much our buying experience mattered to him. It’s about taking care of people. And that’s what Dustin does. He takes care of people.
Dustin will change everything you thought you knew about real estate agents. If you’re buying or selling a home, you won’t meet someone who will represent you and your interests more passionately and professionally than Dustin Cheatham.
